2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Items must include all accessories, labels, and tags
- Return must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order
- Items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery date
Items NOT eligible for return:

- Personal / hygiene items (e.g., opened fragrances, cosmetics, undergarments, etc.)
- Items personalised or customised
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards or downloadable products
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

3. Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving it.
We may request photographs to speed up the resolution.
Where applicable, you will be offered:
- A replacement
- A full refund
We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
Zalwanltd.co.uk is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 2 days of receiving the returned item
- Original shipping costs may not be refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect)
Deductions may apply if:
- The item shows signs of use
- Packaging is missing or damaged
- Returned goods are not in a resaleable condition
This is in accordance with UK consumer law.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, colour, or size:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the replacement item
7. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched.
If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the return process once the item arrives.
