At Zalwan Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work, including eligibility, timeframes, and costs. We accept returns within 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days after inspection.
Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide an alternative solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Please note: It may take 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds, unless faulty:
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Items returned used, damaged (not due to transit), or incomplete
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
